Available Therapy Services
Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple, or family, I offer compassionate, evidence-informed psychotherapy tailored to your unique goals, strengths, and experiences.
-
I provide individual psychotherapy for adolescents (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, emotional regulation difficulties, relationship concerns, low self-esteem, stress, burnout, and life transitions.
Drawing primarily from attachment-based and narrative therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals. When appropriate, I also integrate practical skills and strategies from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to help you build confidence, manage difficult emotions, and create meaningful change.

Relationships naturally experience challenges, whether you're navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflict, rebuilding trust after hurt, life transitions, parenting stress, or feeling disconnected from one another.
Using an attachment- and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)-informed approach, we'll work together to understand the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, strengthen emotional connection, improve communication, and develop healthier ways of navigating conflict. My goal is to help you better understand one another, rebuild trust, and create a relationship where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.

Family relationships can be both deeply rewarding and incredibly challenging. Whether your family is navigating communication difficulties, recurring conflict, parenting challenges, sibling conflict, emotional or behavioural concerns, separation or divorce, blended family dynamics, or other major life transitions, family therapy provides a space to better understand one another and work toward healthier relationships.
Using a systemic, attachment-based approach, we'll explore the patterns that may be keeping your family stuck and work together to strengthen communication, emotional safety, problem-solving, and connection. I have experience supporting families experiencing high-conflict relationships and helping family members move beyond cycles of blame, defensiveness, and disconnection toward greater understanding, accountability, and collaboration.
The fees listed above are for standard 50-minute therapy sessions. Extended 100-minute sessions (approximately 2 hours) are available when appropriate based on your goals, circumstances, and clinical needs. Fees for extended sessions are charged at the hourly rate (double the standard session fee).
The Therapy Process
Every person, couple, and family is unique, so therapy is always tailored to your needs. While no two journeys are exactly the same, here's what you can generally expect:
Step 1: Getting to Know You
Our first few sessions focus on understanding your story. We'll explore what has brought you to therapy, your current challenges, your strengths, and what matters most to you.
For couples and families, we'll also spend time understanding your relationships, communication patterns, and the concerns that have brought you together.
Step 2: Identifying Your Goals
Together, we'll identify what you'd like to achieve through therapy. Whether you're hoping to reduce anxiety, improve relationships, strengthen communication, process difficult experiences, or simply feel more like yourself again, your goals will guide our work together.
Step 3: Understanding Patterns & Creating Change
As therapy progresses, we'll work together to understand the thoughts, emotions, relationship patterns, and life experiences that may be keeping you feeling stuck.
Depending on your needs, we'll explore new perspectives, develop practical coping strategies, strengthen emotional awareness, and build skills that support meaningful, lasting change.
Step 4: Moving Forward with Confidence
As you begin to notice progress, sessions often become less frequent. We'll focus on reinforcing the changes you've made, preparing for future challenges, and helping you feel confident using your new insights and skills independently.
Therapy doesn't always end with every problem solved, but the goal is for you to leave feeling better equipped to navigate life's challenges long after our work together has finished.
A Collaborative Process
Therapy is most effective when it is a collaborative process. While I bring professional knowledge, experience, and guidance, meaningful change also depends on your willingness to engage in the process, reflect between sessions, and apply what you learn in your everyday life.
Everyone's journey is unique, and the pace and outcomes of therapy vary from person to person. Although many clients experience meaningful growth and positive change, no specific results can be guaranteed. My commitment is to provide a supportive, evidence-informed space where we can work together toward your goals.
